The most typical reason for failure in procuring them is due to a customer tasking us to request an individual document to the wrong town of origin. Kindly be reminded that all family documents in Italy are only maintained in the exact town where the ancestor was born and used to live.
Your Italian Citizenship Fairy is not responsible for any mistakes U.S. vital records offices or Italian Town halls make in issuing the vital records.
If there are discrepancies in the vital records, for instance, year of birth, or last names of either the father or the mother, we recommend the vital records to be corrected and it is ultimately your decision to do so or not.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Order confirmation emails are sent to clients when their order has been received and processed.
Refunds for orders cancelled within 24 hours are issued for 90% of the amount paid.

Refunds are not provided for cancellations after 24 hours of order confirmation.
We do not offer refunds in the event that no record is found by a U.S. or Italian government source.
While we aim to complete all applications in a timely manner we can make no assurances as to the availability of documents or the timeliness of responses of the government sources that issue the required documents.
In the event a public source notifies us that the record or records could not be found, you may want to perform some additional research to make sure the information you provide is correct.
