Our intent is to review your family tree (iure sanguinis) or your marriage history (iure matrimonii) against the criteria set forth by applicable Italian law and processing Consulates, determine which documents need to be gathered, identify potential pitfalls, and ultimately develop a personalized plan should you opt to purchase one of our Fair-E-Packages or our Fair-E-Matrimonii, or to simply select one or more of our E-Consulting services depending on your needs.

Each case is unique and may or may not be conducive to dual citizenship. You will be charged regardless of the conclusions drawn after we evaluate the information you’ll share during the assessment call. No refunds are given for cancelled or missed appointments.

On the other hand, after we determine you qualify, if you opt to purchase Your Italian Citizenship Application Fair-E-Package or Fair-E-Matrimonii, the $200 assessment call fee will be credited toward the entire cost of preparing your Italian citizenship application.

Kindly note that the information we provide is based on the public guidelines issued by the Italian Government and the Italian Consulates in the U.S.

All final determinations regarding Italian citizenship applications are solely done by the Italian authorities.

After we receive your order confirmation, we will first contact you by e-mail, and give you directions about your ancestors’ or your marriage information that you will need to prepare prior to the 45 minutes phone consultation.
