It entails locating vital records of your ancestors in Italy and in the U.S., interacting with a number of different institutional interlocutors, addressing potential issues, record discrepancies, rectifying clerical errors, getting apostilles, preparing translations etc…a process which, in the context of the typically hectic life of an American, isn’t always easy to accommodate.
Your Italian Citizenship Fairy is here to help you manage this process: we offer a comprehensive Italian dual-citizenship service and deliver to you a finalized application package, ready for submission to the Italian authorities.
If you select Your Italian Citizenship Fair-E-Package you will simply provide us with your family’s information by filling in a questionnaire, and then just let the Fairy do the work for you.
Your Italian Citizenship Fair-E-Package services include: (1) acquisition of each ancestor’s vital records* in the bloodline from Italy and the U.S.; (2) procurement of naturalization (or non-naturalization) records or supporting documents; (3) analysis ** of your records to address potential name and date discrepancies; (4) affixation of apostilles; and (5) translation of bloodline-related vital records as required by the local Italian Embassy/Consulate***.
Your Fairy will keep you updated throughout the process and will provide you with electronic copies of each document as they are collected. At the end of the process, we will deliver to you all of the original hard-copy documents and your completed Application Forms required by the local Embassy/Consulate.
Your Fairy will then instruct you on how you can book your appointment online with the consulate.
During this process, Your Fairy will provide you with any relevant updates and is always available to you via email or scheduled phone consultations.

Your Italian Citizenship Fair-E-Package fees are as follows:
1) acquisition of each ancestor’s vital records* in the bloodline from Italy and the U.S.;
(2) procurement of naturalization (or non-naturalization) records or supporting documents;
(3) analysis ** of your records to address potential name and date discrepancies;
(4) affixation of apostilles;
(5) translation of records as required by the local Italian Embassy/Consulate.
Your Fairy will keep you updated about the progress in collecting the document, exchanging with you electronic copies of each document.
At the end of the process, we will deliver to you all of the originals, and the duly filled-out Application Forms required by the local Embassy/Consulate.
Your Fairy will then share instructions on how you can book your appointment online with the consulate.
During this process, the Fairy will offer you unlimited consultation via email.
Package cost will be customized based on your specific case, and quoted to you after the assessment call. The Assessment Call fee of $200 will be deducted from the package cost, if you decide to pursue the application through our services.
* Bloodline-related vital records included in the package: one birth/marriage/death record for each ancestor in the bloodline. Procurement and translation of any divorce decree and additional marriage records, if needed, will be performed at additional cost. Certain States apply additional fees for birth certificates outside of the city limits (for example, New York). Costs for collection of such records will be reviewed and quoted and billed on a case by case basis for your confirmation and approval.
** Costs and labor fees resulting from amendment of records are not included in above listed rates and will be quoted and billed separately to you. Your Italian Citizenship Fairy will perform a detailed analysis of all records and assess how to best rectify any discrepancies therein. If more than one option for amendment is possible, you’ll be presented with relevant scenarios for you to choose and approve. Your Italian Citizenship Fairy will then manage all modification of records which the applicant may elect to pursue.
***Translations included in the package only refer to bloodline-related vital records. Translation of any other documents, as necessary, including naturalization records, court records, affidavit, etc shall be quoted on a case by case basis.
